Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Charges
Delivery is free islandwide across Singapore.
We work with trusted third-party courier partners (such as Lalamove, Grab Express, GoGoX, and similar services) to carry out our deliveries. While we take care in selecting reliable partners, we are unable to guarantee the quality of their service. Please let us know immediately if you experience any issues with your delivery.
On rare occasions, we may arrange personal delivery.
2. Delivery Time Slots
You may select a preferred delivery time slot at checkout:
- 10am – 2pm
- 2pm – 6pm
- 6pm – 10pm
We will do our best to accommodate your requested time slot, but delivery times are subject to traffic conditions and courier availability. If you require delivery at a specific time or outside the available time frames, a surcharge will apply.
3. Same-Day & Last-Minute Orders
For same-day or next-day orders, please call or WhatsApp us at +65 96950929. We’ll do our best to work something out, but cannot guarantee availability.
4. Peak Period Delivery
Additional delivery charges may apply during peak periods, including:
- Valentine’s Day
- Mother’s Day
- Chinese New Year
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
- Selected eves of and public holidays
To secure your preferred delivery date and time during peak periods, we strongly recommend booking early.
5. Areas We Do Not Deliver To
We are currently unable to deliver to the following locations:
- Changi Airport, Airport Cargo Complex & Airline Road area
- Tuas area
- Jurong Island
- Sembawang Shipyard
- All army camps
- All PSA Ports
Deliveries to Marina Bay Sands, Jewel Changi Airport, and Jem Jurong Gateway require a delivery permit from the respective security offices. The sender or recipient will need to arrange this paperwork before we can access the loading bay. Please provide an alternate delivery address if no permit can be obtained.
6. Receiving Your Delivery
- Please ensure the recipient or a representative is present at the stated address during the selected delivery window.
- Provide both the sender’s and recipient’s contact numbers so our courier can reach either party if needed.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact the recipient and sender. If neither can be reached within 10 minutes, the flowers will be left at the reception, front desk, or at the door.
- Gathered+Styled is not responsible for any loss or damage to flowers left unattended after a failed delivery attempt.
- Please double-check all delivery details at checkout, including the recipient’s name, contact number, full address, and unit number. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- In the event of a failed or misdirected delivery resulting from errors in the information submitted by the customer (including but not limited to a wrong address, missing unit number, or incorrect recipient contact), any re-delivery (where possible) will be subject to an additional delivery charge and availability. No refund will be issued for the original delivery fee.
7. Self-Collection
We are currently in the process of moving our studio space. Self-collection is temporarily unavailable. We will update this page once self-collection resumes.
8. Availability & Substitution
Our selection of fresh flowers varies daily due to season, occasion, market availability, and inspiration. What you receive will differ from the pictures on our product pages — even the same flowers in the same colour will have natural variations in shade and tone. All images are for reference to colour theme and style only.
We intentionally allow creative freedom in our arrangements and do not promise exact reproductions of any bouquet shown online. This gives us the freedom to work with the freshest and most interesting varieties available.
Should any flowers or colours be unavailable due to seasonal differences, shipment delays, or other supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute with a suitable alternative at our discretion, without prior notice.

10. Price & Payment
- All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Gathered+Styled does not charge GST.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required when placing your order.
- All online transactions are processed securely via Shopify/Stripe.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
As all our work is made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.
If you have a quality concern or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Describe the issue and, where possible, send us a photo so we can resolve it as efficiently as possible.
Please note:
- Any concerns about flower freshness must be raised with us on the same day as delivery.
- We reserve the right to request photos of the original flowers, and may ask to collect them to assist with quality control.
- We are unable to arrange replacement flowers if the original flowers have been disposed of or if images are unavailable.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days.
