1. Introduction

Welcome to Gathered+Styled. By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and anyone engaging with our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform.

3. Products & Availability

Seasonal & Creative Substitutions

All our arrangements are made-to-order with fresh, seasonal flowers. Because of this:

  • Our selection varies based on daily market availability, season, and our creative process. What you receive will be our interpretation of what is shown — not an exact reproduction.
  • We intentionally allow creative freedom in every arrangement and may work with different flower varieties from those pictured.
  • If specific flowers or colours are unavailable due to seasonal differences, supply delays, or other circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute with alternatives of equal or greater value without prior notice.
  • Vases, baskets, and vessels may differ from images and will be substituted with the closest available design.
  • Product dimensions shown on the website are approximate estimates only.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of placing your order.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay) and digital wallets via Shopify’s secure payment system.
  • Payment card information is always encrypted during transmission. We do not store your card details.


5. Promotional Codes

  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout to apply. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after payment has been made.
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order. Promotions cannot be combined.
  • We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or limit promotions at any time without prior notice.


6. Orders & Cancellations

  • As all our work is made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.
  • If you need to postpone delivery, please notify us at least 2 full working days before your original delivery date by emailing hello@gatheredandstyled.com and we will try to accommodate it.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a description and photo. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.


7. Delivery

Key points to note:

  • Please ensure the recipient is available during the selected delivery window.
  • Gathered+Styled is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or an unavailable recipient.
  • Flowers left unattended following a failed delivery attempt are the responsibility of the recipient.


8. Workshops & Classes

  1. Full payment is required to secure your place in a workshop or class.
  2. All workshop bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your seat to another person — please email hello@gatheredandstyled.com with the details.
  3. No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows or latecomers.
  4. Gathered+Styled reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop if the minimum number of participants is not met. All affected participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.


9. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases made through our store, including your name, contact details, and payment information. You agree to promptly update your account details as needed so that we can process your transactions and reach you when necessary.


10. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • All content on this website — including photography, written copy, branding, and design — is the intellectual property of Gathered+Styled. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion without our express written permission.
  • You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful code, collect others’ personal data without consent, or interfere with the site’s security or functionality.
  • We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.


11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” basis. While we take great care to ensure quality, Gathered+Styled makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of our services, or that products will meet every expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, Gathered+Styled will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.


12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil an order where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, adverse weather, flooding, fire, traffic disruption, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, supply chain failures, or government orders.


13. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Any use of third-party tools or services is at your own risk.
