Gathered+Styled has worked with companies in Singapore for ten years — restaurants and hotels, offices and studios, boutiques and the brands opening their first space here.
We are not a corporate supplier with a catalogue. Every arrangement, workshop and installation is designed for a specific space, a specific occasion and a specific brand, and made by hand in our Singapore studio.
That holds whether it is one press-day installation or a standing weekly arrangement that has run for two years. The scale changes. The approach does not.
What we do
Corporate workshops & team bonding — A studio-led session, held in your space. Guests work with the season's stems — fresh, dried or preserved — and leave with an arrangement they made themselves. We bring the flowers, tools, vessels and instruction. Choose a seasonal theme such as Mid-Autumn arrangements or Christmas wreath-making, which we have run every year for a decade, or we design a session around your own brief. Groups of eight to thirty.
Client appreciation — Bouquets, preserved arrangements and GLITCH Stems for the clients and partners you want to thank properly. GLITCH Stems, our hand-painted live orchids, are exclusive to Gathered+Styled and tend to be the ones people photograph.
Brand activation — Installations for launches, press days, window schemes, pop-ups and boutique openings. We design to the space, the light and the brand, install on site, and return to rotate or dismantle.
Weekly flowers — A standing arrangement, changed weekly or fortnightly, for restaurants, hotels, offices, showrooms and shops. We design to your interior rather than to a house style, and rotate the palette through the season so the room never repeats itself. Delivery, installation, vessels and removal of the previous week are all included. No lock-ins.
Frequently asked questions
Do you run corporate flower workshops in Singapore?
Yes. We run floral workshops for companies across Singapore, in your office or event space. Sessions run 45 minutes to two hours and suit groups from eight to thirty. Seasonal themes — Mid-Autumn, Christmas wreath-making, spring arrangements — or a session designed around your brief.
Can you provide weekly flowers for a restaurant, hotel or office?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly floral programmes are one of the things we do most. We design to your interior, rotate the palette seasonally, and handle delivery, installation, vessels and removal. There are no lock-in contracts — most clients start with a month and continue from there.
Do you handle bulk corporate gifting?
Yes. We take on gifting lists for client thank-yous, openings and milestones, with handwritten cards and deliver them to your office or designated space.
Can you create a floral installation for a product launch or store opening?
Yes. We design and install florals for launches, press days, pop-ups and boutique openings, working to the space and to the brand. We install on site and return to dismantle or rotate.
How far in advance should we book?
For workshops and events, four to six weeks is comfortable, and more during November to February. For weekly flowers, a week is usually enough to start. For anything tied to a launch date, earlier is better — the flowers are ordered to the design, not pulled from stock.
Do you work to a set budget?
Yes. Tell us the figure you have in mind and we will tell you plainly what it covers and what it doesn't, before any design work begins.
Who designs the flowers?
Aly. One florist, one point of view — every arrangement is designed and made in our studio rather than assembled to a formula.
