Something that really thrills me is teaching others to make their own creations. We got to do that just the weekend before CNY at a workshop about making floral table centrepieces, organised in conjunction with Protégé.
We used cheerful orange lilies, tender alstroemerias, crimson ranunculuses, seeded eucalyptus and other beautiful flowers and foliage. Together, they became unique floral works of art!
After almost 3 hours of hard work, everyone left the workshop as a florist with their own arrangement for the festive period. What could be better than bringing home a lush table centerpiece that you made yourself to surprise your guests or family?
