For Gathered+Styled specifically, we recommend reaching out at least four to six months before your wedding date. We take on a limited number of weddings each year and dates fill up quickly, particularly around peak season (November to February and June to July). For a bridal bouquet only, three months is usually sufficient.

We work across all floral elements — bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, ceremony florals (arch, altar, aisle, pew), reception centrepieces, table arrangements, welcome florals, atmospheric installations. Not every wedding requires all of these. We build a scope based on what your celebration actually needs.

Yes — and in fact these are the projects we are best suited for. A home solemnisation, a garden ceremony for forty guests, a hotel banquet with twelve tables — these are exactly the kind of weddings we do well.
